HUGE Thanks to the Day Without a Bag Volunteers!

What in incredible day to make reusable bags out of old t-shirts!  A big thanks to all of the awesome volunteers that took a ton of time out of their schedules to make this event happen.  Thanks to Humboldt Baykeeper for partnering with us in this really exciting event.  Check out pictures from the event on their FB page:

Thanks to all the grocers that invited us to table: Wildberries, Eureka Natural Foods, Ray’s Arcata and McKinleyville.  Thanks to Sandy and MaryLou Flippin for their generous donation of ink and to the Eureka Rescue Mission Thrift Store for donating t-shirts.  Finally, thanks to all the people that signed our petition for the bag ban and that care about our marine environment.  You people rock!
