  3. Basically, there are way too many septic systems in too small a zone. Trever Parker, Trinidad city’s planner, says there’s a plan.

  4. Did anybody observe a large quantity of horse manure (no joke)
    covering Moonstone Beach sometime during the past few weeks?

    This would have been at a low tide, during the early morning hours, following a heavy rainstorm.
